"Completed two of your structures (Fish Market and Ice House). Harbor is coming along. One more building to build, and then some additional docks and scenery....and water.....lol.

Need a better boat for the Marine Repair Facility (where your tug boat is on the marine railway).

The Barrett's Fish Market has now become Hallie's Fish Market.
Nick's Ice House is how Marley's Ice House. And the Shrimp Boat is now Miss Kate.
..... David further adds: "everything on the layout is named after family members- in particular the granddaughters (3). It EKO Bay ( and EKO railroad) for Emma, Kate and Olivia. The 4 year old thinks she is something because she turns power on and uses the dcc controller to operate the train!"
